Almost Summer!
Can hardly believe we're already coming up on Memorial Day Weekend. We're super stoked because we've been invited by some new and wonderful friends to go camping with them in Packwood. Josh and I have actually become really good friends with the director of the upcoming film I'm shooting this summer. They were kind enough to let Donut Junkie serve up our delicious donuts at their beautiful wedding and now we're spending the weekend with them and some of their friends and family. Great and generous people.
My Tulalip Casino commercial is finally airing and yes, I look like one of those dorks on all the other casino commercials you see. Puttin' my hands in the air as I fake a win at a slot machine. It was fun nonetheless and I'm hoping some of the shots they took are out there....billboard, airline magazine, maybe?
Magnus is coming up on one year already and he's blowing our minds everyday. He's walking now. WALKING. He took his first steps at Easter and hasn't stopped since. So I will officially brag and mention, "My kid started walking at 10 months."
Mother's Day was wonderful and being my birthday fell on a Thursday, Josh and I spent the night out by our fire with wine and awesome conversation. It was simply perfect. I do expect to taken out dancing however. More like, clubbin'. We haven't done that in so long and I'm itchin' to go. We'll be the old creepy couple out there, but like I care.
